Other Details:50 MILE RADIUS RULE# Beds 2 West: 13Nurse:Patient Ratios typical ratio for all medsurg units is 1:5 up to 1:6 at times, ratio would be adjusted down for higher acuity patientsCommon diagnoses/Types of patients General medsurg, all patient populations, congestive heart failure, diabetes, post surgical, trauma, acute kidney injury, sickle cell anemia, gastroparesis, and respiratory illnessesFloating Requirements? within skillset, all staff float between all medsurg units. higher acuity patients would be given to core staffScrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided? any color, needs to be solid color and professional Epic Travel Staffing:
