Our services are designed to benefit owners, developers, investors, and regulators as we help them minimize risk and optimize performance in this critical, complex, and ever-evolving industry..+ Conduct security risk assessments and build security risk models+ Analyze cyber security processes and develop solutions for improvement+ Implement cyber security process improvements+ Evaluate and develop internal controls for cyber security related processes+ Develop cyber security strategies, cyber security processes and cyber security program designs+ Conduct cyber security training sessions+ Conduct audit preparatory sessions, both from a mock interview perspective and an audit readiness perspective, for the NERC CIP standards+ Advise Electric Utilities on all aspects pertaining to Reliability Compliance.+ Communicate new security solutions and strategies to clients+ Develop cyber security solution offerings+ Effective and efficient writing and communication skills; ability to draft senior level management reports.+ Experience working as a management consultant in the electric utility industry+ Works part of a team? Proficient in both cyber security and the NERC CIP Standards? Strong understanding of physical security principles? Proficient in all aspects of cyber security? Bachelors and Masters degree in a related field; i.e., Information Systems/Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.? CISSP highly preferred? Strong project management skills? Strong communications skills, including both written and verbal? Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills? Experience working in the Reliability Compliance field for an electric utility, a Region, NERC or FERC.? Highly developed organizational and management skills;?
