Job Description
As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their
practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent
high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team.
Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of
engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions
within constraints of time and budget.
Strong functional resource with experience implementing OFSAA FCCM
solutions for large Financial Institutions. Domain knowledge and
subject matter expertise on CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting),
AML (Anti Money Laundering), CS(Customer Screening), KYC ( Know
your customer) and ECM ( Enterprise Case management). Experience to
customize, if needed, existing user interface to meet client's
requirements. Analyze user requirements, procedure, and problems to
automate/improve systems.
Responsibilities
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the
customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product
knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business
acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional
and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of
applications and technology installations. Provides direction and
mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer
leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development
efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates
with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing
solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes
across two or more product families or ability to architect and
design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make
decisions based on impact across the stack.
Providing expert consulting advise on Compliance Management
solutions
Must have 10+ years of experience in implementing OFSAA FCCM
solutions or performing upgrade of existing OFSAA FCCM
solutions
Exhibit strong subject matter expertise in the Compliance domain on
Anti Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Customer Screening,
Enterprise Case Management, Currency Transaction Reporting,
Compliance Regulatory Reporting, and Analytics
Expertise to implement on-premise/ SaaS/ host cloud
environments
Ability to identify and resolve the issues proactively
collaborating with product management and support teams

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific
to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market
conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing
products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible

three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years
of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working
between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20
hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire.
Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each
year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
