Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Senior Manager to
own customer sales strategy and reporting for the implementation
organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the design and execution of Rippling's implementation strategy
and operational plans
Build and present critical business reporting to senior
leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage business
performance and drive improvements
Required Qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Analytics, Sales
Finance, or related field
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with Salesforce, SQL, and BI
Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of sales strategy, operations, and GTM teams
