Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join
Cornerstone as the Vice President of Total Rewards. As the Vice
President, you will be responsible for developing and executing our
global total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top
talent. You will oversee the design, implementation, and management
of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they
align with our business objectives and promote a high-performance
culture. This is a senior leadership role that requires exceptional
analytical skills, deep knowledge of total rewards practices, and
the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This
position reports to the Chief People Officer and is a member of the
People Leadership Team (PLT).
**In this role you will.**
**Leadership and Strategy**
+ Lead a team of global total rewards professionals, providing
guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities that foster
engagement.
+ Develop and implement a global total rewards strategy that
supports the organization's overall business goals, culture, and
values,
+ Partner with our DEI Team to ensure pay equity and fairness in
our compensation practices
+ Help Cornerstones continued drive towards global pay
transparency
+ Manage the harmonization efforts for acquired companies
compensation, benefits, and perks
+ Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure our total
rewards programs remain competitive in the industry and aligned
with market trends and best practices.
+ Partner with external consultants and vendors to assess and
implement innovative total rewards solutions and technologies.
+ Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends related to total
rewards, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and
regulations.
+ Provide guidance and support to regional People teams on total
rewards matters, ensuring consistency and compliance across
different geographies.
+ Leverage tools to automate or streamline different compensation
related processes and workflows
**Compensation**
+ Lead the design, development, and management of competitive and
innovative compensation programs, including base salary structures,
and short-term and long-term incentive plans.
+ Oversee the administration of all compensation-related
activities, such as salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and
annual salary review processes, ensuring fairness and consistency
across the organization.
+ Collaborate with People Business Partners (PBPs) and business
leaders to consult on effective performance management systems that
align with compensation programs and promote a high-performance
culture.
**Benefits**
+ Lead the design and management of comprehensive benefits
programs, including health and wellness, retirement plans, leave
policies, and other employee benefits, ensuring they are
competitive and cost-effective.
+ Develop and manage global recognition and rewards programs to
enhance employee engagement and reinforce a culture of
excellence.
**Youve got what it takes if you**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
a related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ Extensive experience (12+ years) in total rewards management,
including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs,
+ 5+ years of experience leading a global team of compensation and
benefits professionals
+ 5+ years of experience working for a global company (preferably
in the software or technology space) with employees working in in
America, EMEA, APJ and India.
+ Experience in M&A with the proven ability to effectively
navigate compensation-related challenges during integrations
+ Experience harmonizing compensation structures, titles, policies,
and practices across different business units, ensuring equitable
and consistent compensation across the organization
+ In-depth knowledge of global total rewards practices, trends, and
regulations.
+ Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing total
rewards strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive
insights and make informed decisions.
+ Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering
collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the
organization.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize
and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation
Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) are
highly desirable
