Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Manager Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with SMB customers to deepen usage of the platform
Drive spend and overall growth across a variety of customer accounts
Collaborate with teams to provide recommendations for product roadmap and customer communication strategy

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of account management experience in a B2B organization
Ability to identify growth opportunities and anticipate customer needs
Organizational, project management, and time management skills
Familiarity with basic sales tools and metrics
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred)
