A company is looking for a Staff Engineering Manager for their
Copilot team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and address complex challenges and provide creative
solutions to advance the organization's goals
Lead and manage a team of engineers, including hiring, mentoring,
and providing guidance
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of
projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications:
8+ years experience building and shipping software
3+ years of engineering team management experience
2+ years of experience in large data handling and telemetry
systems
2+ years of experience working with ML scientists or ML powered
products
Master's degree in computer science or a related engineering
field
