Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Accounting
Manager who will lead teams and individuals to ensure successful
accounting onboarding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach teams to achieve goals through trainings,
one-on-ones, and team meetings
Create and monitor team KPIs, manage project completion dates, and
review project quality
Train new team members, evaluate processes for efficiency, and
collaborate with other teams
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of previous team leader/management experience
Proficient in best practice accounting concepts and implementation
management
Strong understanding of platforms and tools used in accounting
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Strong organization and time-management abilities
