Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI/ML Engineering Director to build
and lead their AI/ML Team in the centralized Data organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate the AI/ML Team's vision, mission, and
long-term strategy aligned with the company's objectives
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented machine learning
engineers
Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of machine
learning models and solutions
Required Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge and expertise in machine learning algorithms,
natural language processing, deep learning, and statistical
modeling
Deep experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
in real-world applications
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, Go or
other languages
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or
a related field
Proven experience (12+ years) leading and managing a team of
machine learning engineers and data scientists
