A company is looking for a Discovery and Recommendation Machine
Learning Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Dive deep into the data to derive and share insights across the
business
Lead the creation of models driving the discovery and
recommendation experience
Influence and empower the team to fulfill key projects and
engineering duties
Required Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of machine learning, information retrieval,
recommender systems, natural language processing, and related
fields
Solid programming skills in SQL, Python, Scala, Java, and
experience with technologies like Solr, Lucene, Elastic Search, AWS
Lambda, etc
Superior ability to analyze and interpret the results of product
experiments
Excellent experience working with multiple organizational
stakeholders
Strong team management skills and the ability to manage competing
priorities
