Job Description
Under the direction of the Vice President of Head Start and Early
Childhood Programs, the Associate Vice President of Facilities and
Field Services is responsible for planning, organizing,
administrating, monitoring, and evaluating the Facilities and Field
Services Program in accordance with applicable state, federal, and
agency regulations and guidelines including, but not limited to,
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Head Start Program
Performance Standards and other regulations and Mississippi State
Department Regulations Governing Licensure of Childcare
Facilities.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related
experience. Must have at least two years of supervisory experience
in building construction or equipment maintenance work.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
