Technical Support to join our Digital Nexus
organization.Responsibilities:
- Ensure that agreed upon support levels e.g., SLA and OLA are
met including key operational processes are performed according to
the agreed and documented standards and meets the aims of the
definition Application Lifecycle support; ensure the Demand
lifecycle process is performed according to the agreed and
documented standard and meets the aims of the definition; provide
support for projects consistent with long-range IT plans and
installation standards
- Periodically audit and review the technology/strategy to ensure
compliance; ensure the strategy is still appropriate and propose
change as required
- Perform the operational function of implementing and supporting
the platform/application configuration, development, documentation,
end-user support activities, including collaboration with other
teams to achieve results
- Lead discovery and design work sessions to obtain requirements
clarity and produce deliverables, such as mock-ups and flow
diagrams
- Analyze support issues, identify improvement opportunities
i.e., Root Cause, and manage the work necessary to implement
related improvements
- Investigate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and
manage the work necessary to implement related improvements;
maintain skills within the profession; stay abreast of the latest
technology, trends, practices, techniques, and capabilities in the
marketQualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent, deep, functional, and technical
knowledge of platform configuration and development; experience in
Software Architecture and Design Patterns
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is
preferred
- Demonstrated strong .NET Framework fundamentals experience;
extensive working experience of Service frameworks from concept to
implementation; extensive working experience of MS SQL and SQL
programming
- Proven experience using one or more of the following: Visual
Studio 2019, SQL Management Studio, Code Repository Tool
(preferably GIT/Bitbucket), Jenkins, SharePoint
- Experience using Development & Project Management Tools
(Preferably JIRA, ServiceNow, Fortify, WhiteSource); solid
experience leading technical teams to deliver results, including
task management, technical mentoring, code reviews and issue
resolution
- Knowledge of process governance and improvement methodologies
and concepts; ability to prioritize issues and deliver high
