Your passion is sparked by: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 10 years of related experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience 10-15 years of experience in Channel Enablement In-depth understanding of market trends and dynamics Proven experience forecasting and budget planning Sales effectiveness and execution skills Thorough knowledge of functional area, business strategies and company goals Demonstrated business communication skills, including but not limited to verbal and written communication skills Must have proven success in developing a vision and delivering measurable results Expert business communications skills including, but not limited to preparing reports, speaking before groups of people, and negotiation Collaboration skills (ability to work on a cross functional basis; liaison with vendors and customers; support sales and business development) Experience in meeting and/or exceeding sales/business development revenue, profitability and productivity goals Detail and numbers oriented Expert understanding of the interfaces between the sales, marketing and business development processes Ability to present ideas and influence a group of people at all levels of the organization as well as senior level executives with customers, suppliers and partners Ability to conduct market and competitive intelligence work Frequent travel will be required @ SYNNEX Corporation, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
