Job Description:

The Director of National Account Sales at Noregon Systems will manage the National Accounts team to successfully deliver on aggressive revenue growth goals. This leader will be responsible for assisting team members in building & maintaining customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and extracting more value from current customers in the heavy-duty commercial vehicle industry. The ideal candidate for this role is an exceptional leader, demonstrates the ability to work well with all departments and levels within an organization, and has a proven track record of team building, leadership, growth and revenue target achievement. Location: Greenville, SC

Manages Others: No This position is located in Greenville, SC. It is not a remote position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Together with Senior Management, develop, implement and lead business and sales strategies to enable growth with our National Accounts Sales team.
  • Grow market share of Noregon product-based solutions through new customer acquisition and expanding the Noregon footprint within the existing National Accounts customer base.
  • Present to and consult with senior leadership on market trends with creative strategies for developing and launching new products and services to expand the value we provide for our customers.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competition, work with senior sales leadership and National Accounts team to define and execute Noregon's sales strategy, leading to sales growth, increased profitability and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Establish positive, collaborative relationships with internal team members across supporting departments to facilitate effective and open communication in support of an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support the Software development, Product development and management teams in implementing consistent operating procedures to develop new products and services that drive revenue growth across the customer base and new prospects.
  • Maintain an effective and clear understanding of industry regulations, market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Elevate and promote the Noregon Company brand and image as the leading provider of Vehicle Diagnostics Software.
  • Attend industry functions, events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and industry trends.
  • Effectively manage the National Accounts sales team through a time of accelerated growth and change. Leadership Responsibilities:
    • Supervisor of a National Account team of 10 or more employees
    • Build, coach, and manage National Accounts sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets with clear quota and activity-based metrics Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
      • Effective communication, both written and verbally, within the National Accounts team & other company departments as well as National Accounts customers
      • This role requires an energetic, creative, process-driven and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
      • Solid negotiation, time management, prioritization and organization skills
      • Ability to think strategically about the impact to the client's long-term business strategy
      • Exemplary presentation skills with the ability to present in front of large and small groups of people at various levels within an organization
      • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota
      • Advanced selling capability that showcases commitment to sales and company strategy, customer satisfaction, negotiation and ability to close
      • Ability to grow professionally in a fluid and fast-moving environment
      • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with minimal supervision
      • Excellent follow up skills and a sense of urgency when dealing with customers, both internal and external
      • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and relevant software applications Education & Experience:
        • Minimum of 5 years of software sales
        • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
        • Ability to work onsite in Greenville, SC
