Job Description Seeking a District Manager who will be responsible for overall operations of the Jackson, MS branch and claims hub. DM will be responsible for client relations and retention, business development, team management/leadership, and the financial success of the Mississippi district. This position requires a blend of strategic and tactical operational skills for growth and service delivery. Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for the overall operational performance of assigned offices/locations - recruiting, hiring, associate performance, customer satisfaction and results
• Set branch objectives, establish policies and procedures to assure compliance to best claim management services practices, state regulations, and client service requirements
• Monitor and improve efficiency of office operations
• Participate in business development efforts for growth of the district
• Lead by example - provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance
• Some travel required. Daily attendance in the Jackson, MS branch required. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; master's degree preferred. High-level, relevant experience substitutable for educational requirement.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and coaching a successful team preferred.
• Very strong level of independence and personal drive required.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written required.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Strong customer orientation and accountability required.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws beneficial. Experience in insurance, claims and/or risk management beneficial.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance in the office in Jackson, MS and some overnight travel.
