Job Description Job Description Located in Newton , MA Refrigeration Contractor Supervisor Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Partial Remote Our client is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Contractor Supervisor to support growing HVAC and refrigeration service operations. This part-time role will oversee technical work, ensure compliance, and help support a field technician team. Compensation & Schedule: $50-$70 per hour, based on experience Part-time with flexible hours (Minimum of 40 Hours per month) Partial remote work available Responsibilities: Supervise, guide, and support technicians to ensure proper installation, service quality, and safety standards. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance oversight of field personnel. Review and approve refrigeration work, permits, documentation, and compliance records. Provide technical expertise on system design, code requirements, parts selection, and best practices. Support management in expanding HVAC and refrigeration service offerings. Conduct periodic quality checks and perform onsite work as needed. Ensure all state, federal, and industry compliance requirements are met.
