Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school in
Ridgeland, SC is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT)
for a contract position spanning the current school year, from
January through June. This role offers an excellent opportunity to
apply your skills within an educational setting, focusing on
supporting elementary and middle school students. Key
Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services tailored to
the unique needs of K-12 students. Collaborate closely with
educators and parents to develop and implement individualized
education plans (IEPs). Assess student abilities and progress,
adapting therapy methods accordingly. Support student independence,
motor skills development, and sensory integration. Maintain clear
and detailed documentation of student interventions and outcomes.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall student
wellness and educational success. Qualifications and Desired
Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in
school-based settings. Strong understanding of pediatric therapy
and developmental milestones. Excellent communication skills to
liaise effectively with educational staff and families. Ability to
work collaboratively in a dynamic school environment. Commitment to
student-centered care and learning support. Location: Ridgeland,
South Carolina Two campuses serving elementary and middle school
students. This contract offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours
