Listen actively to customer concerns, identify needs, and provide appropriate solutions or information. Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary. Process orders, returns, refunds, or account adjustments accurately. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in company systems. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate. Provide basic troubleshooting or guidance on product usage. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to address customer needs. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Contribute to team goals, such as meeting response time targets or customer satisfaction metrics. Job Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong active listening and empathy to understand customer perspectives.
