Job Description Job Description United Contractor Services is a growing national commercial construction company specializing in drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceiling, EIFS, stucco, and painting. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to service our clients throughout the United States. NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS We provide the necessary technology and access to cloud reporting systems needed to complete projects on time and within budget. 5 years of commercial construction experience is required as well as previous experience as a construction superintendent. Ability to travel to worksites throughout the United States as needed. Layout complex construction projects. Able to read and comprehend blueprints, architectural, and structural drawings. Manage and follow project schedules. Must be a motivated and detailed oriented. Able to communicate with clients, sub-contractors, and employees in a professional manner. Competitive mileage rate. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services. Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
