As a Maintenance Supervisor at CF Industries, you will play a crucial role in driving the reliability and operational efficiency of our world-class manufacturing facilities. This role requires a robust understanding of maintenance management systems, the ability to lead a team effectively, and a strong commitment to safety and environmental standards. Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. Lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Manage budgets and forecast maintenance needs to optimize costs. Collaborate with other departments to support overall plant operations. Strong leadership and team management skills Profound knowledge of maintenance systems and operations Proficiency in safety and environmental regulation compliance Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues Excellent organizational and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred OSHA Safety Certification
