Job Overview: As a Cash Office Accountant, you will be a part of our Shared Services team that supports the mission of our 1500+ accounts across the US. This position is responsible for the cash receipts and revenue reconciliation.
Key Accountabilities:

• Performs procedures pertaining to the weekly reconciliation of cash to revenue for multiple segments and units
• Assist with adjustments necessary to reconcile cash
• Performs training and mentoring to multiple operating segments/unit leadership
• Performs training and mentoring to financial management and other departments within Shared Services
• Performs research and analysis of cash control processes and procedures
• Identifies and pursues continuous improvement activities within their span of control and influence
• Supports other areas of the business as needed
  Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • Five years of experience with financial accounting systems
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field Skills Required:
      • Basic Accounting skills
      • Ability to work with database and ERP systems, including adhoc reports
      • Must be able to reconcile general ledger cash accounts to bank statements
      • G/L analytical skills
      • Microsoft Office skills
      • Customer focus
      • Well organized and detail-oriented
      • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
