Job Description

Summary/Objective

Associates in the Health Care Valuation group are given a wide variety of valuation and consulting assignments under the supervision of professional/management staff. Performance is judged based on the quality of work, ability to meet project deadlines, and application of valuation and healthcare consulting knowledge

Essential functions

• Prepares financial calculations and models in excel.
• Documents work performed and summarizes findings for clients and reviewing staff.
• Prepares narrative reports.
• Assists in proofing schedules, calculations, work papers, reports, and other documents.
• Accepts responsibility for accuracy of data entry, accumulation, and maintenance in all aspects of work performed.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate with valuation team and manage workload.
• Collaborates with broader healthcare practice group to provide insights to increase value to clients.
• Assists managing data collection efforts.
• Assists with multiple projects in varying stages of completion.

    Required education and experience
    
    
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Healthcare Administration
    • Experience performing financial analysis tasks
    • Experience in business valuation, equity research, private equity/investment banking, and/or healthcare consulting preferred
