Job Description
Summary/Objective
Associates in the Health Care Valuation group are given a wide
variety of valuation and consulting assignments under the
supervision of professional/management staff. Performance is judged
based on the quality of work, ability to meet project deadlines,
and application of valuation and healthcare consulting
knowledge
Essential functions
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with

Prepares financial calculations and models in excel.
Documents work performed and summarizes findings for clients and
reviewing staff.
Prepares narrative reports.
Assists in proofing schedules, calculations, work papers, reports,
and other documents.
Accepts responsibility for accuracy of data entry, accumulation,
and maintenance in all aspects of work performed.
Demonstrates ability to communicate with valuation team and manage
workload.
Collaborates with broader healthcare practice group to provide
insights to increase value to clients.
Assists managing data collection efforts.
Assists with multiple projects in varying stages of completion.
Work environment
Work to be performed in HORNE office setting
Physical demands
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Required education and experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or
Healthcare Administration
Experience performing financial analysis tasks
Experience in business valuation, equity research, private
equity/investment banking, and/or healthcare consulting
preferred
