The Financial Head is responsible for the efficientand effective
financial steering and control of all commercial activities of
VoltageRegulator Business in Richland, MS. Including Commercial
Leadership and processoptimization.
The Financial Head will be responsible for leading asustainable
ongoing business aligned with the objectives and targets.
Consistent use of steering actions will berequired to maximize
performance, especially profitability and FCF. This role willreport
directly to the CFO of our Global Subsegment Transformer Business
in ourHead Quarters located in Erlangen, Germany and with a line
manager in Regionalcompany located in the USA.
- Periodic gap/deviation analysis reports need to beprepared
including interpretation, development, and controlling
ofcorresponding corrective measures.
- This key position provides transparent and completeperformance
controlling and oversees the commercial topics in the factory
forthe BU by identifying risks and opportunities and defining and
implementingappropriate measures to optimize business results.
- Contract Management / Contract Structuring forinternal and
external business (ContractAnalysis, clarifications, deviations,
tax analysis, contractual risk evaluation, insurance
- Participate in commercial negotiations withcustomers
- May perform assessments of assets and liabilitiesand manages
inventory measures on aregular basis.
- Investment Plan
- Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan and executesmeasures to
correct the deviation pursues effects of agreed measures.
- Offer and bid calculations: Responsibility for thecommercial
correctness, Creditworthinesscheck of external customers, and
support process of project execution to Marketing team.
Required Knowledge/Skills,Education, and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required preferably in Finance orIndustrial
- 10+ years' experience in product manufacturingenvironment
- Proven leadership/team management skills with theability to
optimize processes, finance performanceand product
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
- Prior experience in strategic planning and successin a team
- Experience in Contract negotiations and strong
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm, assertiveness and proactiveness aredesirable. A
willingness and attitudeto transfer knowledge is necessary.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills,Education, and Experience
Experiencein Transformer business or similar industries in energy
Logisticand Supply chain Management experience
